Working principle:
　　The operating equipment lifts the rack to a certain height, and flips the cone 180 degrees to make the cone downward to easily dock with the material container. Pull the raw material container of the granulator out of the granulating equipment and push it below the cone, and operate the equipment to make the cone falling flange and the material container flange abut; lock the bolts on the outside of the cone into the material container flange and Tighten the two so that the material cannot leak. Lift the operating equipment, pull out the cart of the material container, and flip the cone. At this time, all the materials are poured into the cone in a closed manner. Lift the cone bucket, push the mixing hopper under the granulator, the equipment is lowered, and the outlet of the granulator is tightly docked with the feeding cover of the mixing hopper. Open the discharge butterfly valve of the cone bucket about 30 degrees, start the granulator, the material will fall into the mixing hopper after the dry granulation. After the granulation is completed, the components are separated according to the reverse operation sequence to complete the entire operation.

4.The frame, cone bucket, and granulator are integrated to move up and down along the column, which can be matched with a variety of mixing hoppers to achieve the sealing and continuous discharge, granulation and material transfer to the mixing hopper after granulation is completed operating. Reduce the labor intensity of operators, realize closed production, avoid dust pollution and cross-contamination during transfer, and fully comply with GMP requirements.
